Panaji: Reacting to the remarks of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge against the Prime Minister, Goa BJP President Damodar Naik has said that Congress’s frustration after repeated defeats has hit a new low.
“Insulting the late father of PM Shri Narendra Modi exposes its rotten mindset and political desperation. The Indian National Congress must apologise to the nation for this disgraceful remark,” Naik said.
“Congress leaders are jealous of Prime Minister Narendra Modi because he works 18 to 20 hours. Congress is frustrated also because it cannot unseat him, and as it is not getting power, it is venting its frustration by using such words against our leader,” Naik said.
“Kharge is a frustrated soul. We condemn his statement,” Naik added.
